Shipping policy
Order Processing
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to item selection or shipping address. Please double-check your order before submitting. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may take longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
FOR USA CUSTOMERS: Free Shipping in the U.S. on any order over $150 before tax. Any incurred shipping costs for your order will vary by carrier and service chosen.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note you are responsible for shipping costs along with any customs, duties, taxes, and fees for your country. Be aware that not all packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff and you, as the buyer, are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees at the time of import. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes and returned to us, the shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.
Delivery Times
For US shipping, please allow a delivery time of 5–8 business days for standard shipping and 2–3 business days for expedited shipping.
For international shipping, please allow a delivery time of 2–5 weeks for your order to arrive depending on your country's customs inspections and postal delivery practices.
Note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather disruptions.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, it may still be in transit between postal checkpoints. Please allow a few business days for additional updates before reaching out.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LUU Lounge is not responsible for packages once they are with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Shipping Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
