Refund policy
LUU Lounge reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our conditions. Items showing signs of wear, including makeup marks or traces of hair, will not be accepted. We may also reject return requests if we suspect fraudulent activity or policy abuse.
Returns
To initiate a return, please reach out to hello@luulounge.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please reach out to hello@luulounge.com. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that since we have limited inventory, we might not have your size available. In this case, we will either offer you a refund or order your size for you.
Customs Charges
Please note you are responsible for shipping costs along with any customs, duties, taxes, and fees for your country. Any charges incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by LUU Lounge.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, LUU Lounge is no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or stolen after it's been shipped, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or replacement. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Try our pet hair-resistant loungewear for 30 days, risk-free. If you believe your item is not demonstrating the pet hair-resistant performance described on our website, email us at hello@luulounge.com within 30 days of delivery to request a review.
Our products are designed to be pet hair-resistant, not pet hair-proof. Some pet hair accumulation is normal, and performance may vary based on pet breed, hair type, static conditions, activity level, environmental factors, and individual use.
To evaluate a claim, we may request photographs, videos, product information, order details, and a description of the circumstances under which the issue occurred. If requested information is not provided, we may be unable to process the claim.
LUU Lounge reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under this guarantee after reviewing all submitted information. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in clean, undamaged condition. Items returned with excessive wear, stains, odors, alterations, damage, or signs of misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by LUU Lounge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you the status of your refund request. This 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer for purchases of any qualifying product.
This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from luulounge.com. LUU Lounge reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of this guarantee.
