Will this work for my pet?
Our loungewear is not intended for every type of animal breed. Since it’s not feasible for us to test on every type of animal, we can only speak to its performance with the breeds we've tested, which you can see featured on our social media. You can view our disclaimers here. We appreciate your understanding!
Is the clothing waterproof?
Our clothing is not waterproof or water-resistant. While dog groomers and animal professionals enjoy wearing our pieces, they are not designed for water exposure or professional grooming environments.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note that you are responsible for any fees imposed by your country's customs, such as: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes.
If the address you used to place your order is incorrect and if your package doesn’t reach you due to this, we will not be held responsible and will not be able to offer you a refund. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.
Do you offer wholesale?
We offer wholesale for vendors interested in purchasing a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100+ units per product. Please reach out to us at hello@luulounge.com with details about your order and we would be happy to discuss pricing.
